From Instructor Led to Online
One of the biggest pitfalls training departments face is in trying
to translate traditional stand-up training into web-based eLearning.
Often they have a vision of what the course should look like, but not
the knowledge of the authoring process or the technologies involved to
communicate their vision. That's why we work closely with our clients
during each phase of development in order to draw out their vision
without their having to be e-learning experts.
We also help the client determine the level of functionality required to
deliver their message. For simplicity's sake, we offer three levels -
bronze, gold and platinum - which range in complexity up to and
including fully-animated simulations, interactive games and video clips.
Getting State-of-the-art eLearning Funded by Your Suppliers
You enjoy a captive audience when franchisees come to your University for training. Ask your Suppliers to “support” the creation of online training modules that demonstrate the features and benefits of their products, and how franchisees can implement the program in their own facilities. Participation in the online training/sales method is much more engaging and effective for the franchisees than the dry reading associated with most product web sites or brochures. Course usage and responses can be tracked in the LMS and the data reported to the Franchisor and its Supplier(s).
